Irit Hadar

Irit Hadar is a Professor at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, Director, Centre for Cyber, Law & Policy, and founder of the research hub: Design Thinking for Socio-Technical Innovation, University of Haifa. Her research focuses on cognitive and social aspects of software engineering and AI, with emphasis on cyber and ethics. Hadar serves on the editorial boards of software engineering journals, and as a steering committee member of the IEEE Conf. on Requirements Engineering. She is active in international projects of tech for good and in a national programme for gender equality.
