Gylmar Mariel Cárdenas

Gylmar Mariel Cárdenas is Chief of the Linkage Department (Secretario de Vinculación Social Universitaria) at the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP), where he is responsible for strengthening collaboration between the university and external sectors. He has also held coordination roles within regional academic networks, including work with ANUIES.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from UASLP, as well as a Master’s degree in Administration and a Master’s degree in Science and Technology Commercialization. His professional activities focus on university–society engagement, innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge transfer.
