E.M. Mouhoud

El Mouhoub MOUHOUD is Professor of International Economics and President of Paris Sciences & Lettres University (https://psl.eu) after being president of University Paris Dauphine - PSL. He obtained his PHD at the University of Paris 1- Sorbonne and is a laureate of the Agrégation de Sciences Economiques (French national concur for university full professors).  He is the founder and director of the CNRS International Research Group DREEM (Development of Euro-Mediterranean Economic Research) and was Scientific Advisor to the General Planning Commission (France Stratégies), Service to the Prime Minister and consultant to the OECD, the UN, and the World Bank. His research interests include international economics, technoligical changer and Global Chain value, and international migration. He has published numerous books and academic articles on these topics. He is a research fellow at the Economic Research Forum (Cairo) and at the French Institute des migrations. He is also a member of the Cercle des économistes (https://lecercledeseconomistes.fr). He is a regular visiting professor at the New School for Social Research in New York and the Institute for the Transregional Study of the Contemporary Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia at Princeton University.
