As Head of EnSpire at the University of Oxford, Dora leads the strategic development of the University’s Entrepreneurship Hub, collaborating with senior leadership, academics, and external partners to build a world-class, inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. She oversees Oxford’s Entrepreneurship Strategy and represents the University nationally and internationally on entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture creation.
