David Berron

David Berron is a cognitive neuroscientist and Junior Research Group Leader at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) in Magdeburg, where he heads the Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience Group. He studied psychology in Bremen, earned his PhD in Magdeburg and was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at Lund University. His group links human neuroimaging of memory circuits with smartphone-based memory assessments to detect, track and predict the course of Alzheimer’s disease before dementia develops. He is co-founder and CSO of neotiv GmbH.
