Daniel Senff

At the VDI TZ, Daniel is responsible for the department on "Digitalization, Security Research, and Mobility". He and his team are currently managing major digital policy projects for the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK), such as the development of a sovereign European data infrastructure (IPCEI-CIS), the establishment of industrial data spaces (Manufacturing-X), and the national Palttform Industrie 4.0 on the digital transformation of German industry.

Daniel holds a PhD in experimental solid-state physics from the University of Cologne.
