Christopher Baum

Christopher Baum is Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) and Chief Translational Research Officer at Charité Universitaetsmedizin Berlin, Germany. He is also Spokesperson of the German National Strategy for Gene- and Cell-Based Therapies. His scientific career has focused on gene therapy, particularly the development of gene vectors for introducing therapeutic genes into blood stem cells
