Christoph Kirchlechner

Christoph Kirchlechner heads the Institute for Applied Materials – Mechanics of Materials and Interfaces at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and is program spokesperson for KIT-FUSION. A materials scientist trained at the University of Leoben, his research addresses plasticity, fatigue and fracture at the micron scale.
