Christian Hummert

Christian Hummert is the Research Director of “Agentur für Innovation in der Cybersicherheit GmbH (Cyberagentur)” in Halle, Germany. Previously, he was Head of Digital Forensics at ZITiS and professor of IT security/digital forensics at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, where he is an honorary professor now. He also is a guest lecturer at LMU Munich. Christian Hummert has over ten years of experience in digital forensics and worked for six years as a practitioner for the police. He has led several large research and development projects and taught in the field of cybersecurity.
