Charity Weeden

Charity Weeden is a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council's GeoTech Center and a leading voice on space policy and technology governance. She served as NASA Associate Administrator for Technology, Policy, and Strategy from 2023 to 2025, leading data-driven strategic advice on investment decisions affecting national and international space priorities. A 23-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force, she has held senior roles at the Satellite Industry Association and Astroscale US, focusing on orbital sustainability and space policy.
