Dr. C. Damián Rodríguez-Fernández

Carlos Damián Rodríguez-Fernández is the current Chair of the Young Minds Programme of the European Physical Society, its main initiative for supporting the professional development of young physicists in academia and industry. He holds a PhD from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela and an MSc from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the Universidade da Coruña and the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, studying ionic liquids and their interfaces with different materials for electrochemical and optical applications.
