Beyza Ustun-Elayan

Beyza Ustun-Elayan is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Psychology at the University of Cambridge. As a developmental psychologist, she studies how the first 1,000 days shape long-term health and development, with a focus on sensory experiences. Her current work uses 4D ultrasound during pregnancy to examine foetal responses to sounds and how these early exposures influence postnatal behaviour, the social brain, and language development.
