Balzhan Orazbayeva

Dr. Balzhan Orazbayeva is Strategic Initiatives Manager at UIIN, a global knowledge leader in university–industry engagement and entrepreneurial universities. At UIIN, she leads the research team and designs innovative training and consultancy programmes that help universities worldwide become more engaged and entrepreneurial. With expertise in collaboration and engagement impact, Balzhan has led international programmes on valorisation and impactful partnerships across the globe. Balzhan holds a PhD from VU Amsterdam on academic and business engagement in education-driven collaboration.
