Antonio Ferrer Montiel

Antonio Ferrer Montiel is President of the Spanish Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SEBBM, 2024–2028) and Director of the Institute for Research in Biotechnology and Health (IDiBE) at Miguel Hernández University of Elche, where he is a full professor. His research centers on ion channels in human disease.
