Ann-Kristin Achleitner

Ann-Kristin Achleitner has been a Professor of Entrepreneurial Finance at the Technical University of Munich (TUM School of Management) and is today a TUM as well as ESMT Distinguished Affiliated Professor. Her research focuses on venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, with particular emphasis on innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth financing.

Today she contributes her expertise to international advisory and supervisory boards and as a political advisor for innovation, at present in the Investment Council of the German Finance Minister. She also acts as an investor, bringing a strong perspective on the intersection of finance, innovation, and policy.
