Amy Lin is Acting Director of the Division of International Affairs at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), where she leads global partnerships to accelerate breakthrough health innovations. She has also held leadership roles within ARPA-H’s Health Innovation Network, focusing on advancing high-impact R&D collaborations.
Prior to ARPA-H, she served as Director of the Center for Innovation and Impact at USAID, where she built cross-sector partnerships and led initiatives expanding access to healthcare solutions, including HIV treatment and digital health. Her earlier career spans global health, development finance, and strategy consulting, with roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, the World Bank, Monitor Inclusive Markets, TechnoServe, and Boston Consulting Group.
Amy Lin holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
