Alexandra Kramarz

Alexandra Kramarz (born 1988), since May 2026 President of the German Cystic Fibrosis Association „Mukoviszidose e.V.“. Self affected by this genetic metabolic disorder, she has been volunteering for over ten years to advocate for the interests and rights of people with cystic fibrosis, both nationally and internationally. In July 2026, she received the Order of Merit („Bundesverdienstkreuz“) of the Federal Republic of Germany in recognition of this work. She lives in Berlin and works as a special needs education teacher.
