xemX materials space exploration

xemX develops high-performance materials for the green chemical industry. Its unique approach with fast development cycles and scalable production allows creating customer-tailored and application-specific materials. 

One application is green hydrogen production. However, significant barriers exist for hydrogen to take off. New materials with a long lifetime and high activity are needed to create a breakthrough. A scalable material manufacturing process will enable a successful market ramp-up of water electrolysis. xemX has a two-step approach to delivering high-performance materials. First, xemX uses a data-driven and machine-learning-optimized screening technology to generate a large database to identify the best materials. Secondly, they have an already-established manufacturing process to produce large quantities of the material. xemX will innovate materials beyond hydrogen. Creating materials is their daily driver.
