Employing AI, machine learning, and data analytics, VideoKen works on advanced video indexing technologies designed to make informational videos richer and more consumable. Millions of informational videos are available on the internet, but are highly underutilised due to the inherent opaque nature of videos and people’s short attention span. VideoKen uses AI techniques to automatically index videos, creating a table of contents and phrase cloud which summarise key topics in a video. VideoKen’s lightweight embedded video player provides unique navigational capabilities to traverse within a video to specific points of interest to the viewer. VideoKen’s technology helps users to search more profoundly inside a video, aiming to make educational videos in particular more accessible and to foster our ability to learn from audiovisual content.
