Swantje Gährs

Senior Researcher Dr. Swantje Gährs studied mathematics at the Free University of Berlin and then did her doctorate at the Leibniz University in Hanover and at the Fields Institute in Toronto. She has been a researcher at the IÖW since 2013. Her main focus is on the energy system modeling of decentralized solutions and the role of prosumers in the digital energy system as well as the evaluation of economy, business models and services from the point of view of various stakeholders.
