Research Assistant
Susanna Kuper works at Fraunhofer FOKUS as a research assistant in the division Digital Public Services. There she focuses on the digitization of public IT, especially in the areas of usability, accessibility and open government. She is co-founder of the Open User Lab at Fraunhofer FOKUS – an innovation lab that aims to promote the adoption of agile and user-centered methods in public administration.
