Peter Gailhofer

Senior Researcher Environmental Law & Governance Dr. Peter Gailhofer is an expert in international and national public law, especially in its environmental and planning law aspects. As senior researcher in the area of environmental law and governance at the Öko-Institut, he focuses among others on data regulation, i.e. the question of how access to and rights of use for digital data are regulated. Dr. Peter Gailhofer heads the joint project "Data governance and regulation for a sustainable Berlin".
