Patrik Aspermaier studied Biomedical Engineering at Graz University of Technology. Since 2016, he has been on a joint student programme with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna and the University of Lille in France and is focussing on nanotechnologies and microelectronics for his doctoral thesis. He gained professional experience at the Austrian Institute of Technology as a freelancer, at KEBA AG in Linz, as well as a tutor at Graz University of Technology. At the Forum for Technology and Society 2016, Mr Aspermaier was awarded 2nd place for his master’s thesis, as well as 3rd place at the accent|tecnet Poster Award 2019 for BEAR Technologies.
