Notoavina Ravel

Notoavina Ravel is a Malagasy quality education enthusiast working as a primary school director and a teacher. His country suffers from an inadequate early childhood education system that hinders the child's holistic development. To break this wall, he works on providing children the joy of learning through a nurturing environment, hands-on local learning materials and a child centered approach. His solution is inspired by the Montessori education which is not common in Madagascar. Ravel is convinced that a powerful human capital is only guaranteed if we invest in the first five years of life.
