Professor and Head of the Department of Public Policy at the Central European University (CEU) in Vienna; acted as the Dean of its School of Public Policy in 2017-19 and 2020-21. Founder and Scientific Director of CELSI, Bratislava. Affiliated Researcher at the University of Economics in Bratislava and Affiliated Scholar and member of the Advisory Board at the Global Labor Organization. Elected member and chair of its Section Committee “Economics, Busines and Management Sciences” of Academia Europaea. He has published extensively on economic policy, labor and population economics, and migration.
