Mahinn Ali Khan is a creative communicator focusing on experiential communication and engagement strategies—across science and industry—with a core speciality in idea architecture, content, initiatives, platforms, and emerging media.
Currently, she is the head of communications for the Bangalore Life Science Cluster (BLiSC) which comprises three of India’s premier research institutions: NCBS, inStem, and C-CAMP. The BLiSC Communications Office works to raise the profile and awareness of science among the Indian and global scientific communities through various programmes across channels, mediums, languages, and geographies.
She is also leading a team that designs and implements solutions to meet communication needs and exercise public outreach initiatives, with a robust outreach and engagement profile that connects the cluster and its science to schools, regional language speakers, and members of the general public through art, performances, talks, and curated events.
