Head of Policy
Lutz Weischer is Head of Policy Berlin at Germanwatch, a development and environmental NGO. In this role, he represents Germanwatch vis-à-vis decision-makers in the capital and coordinates strategy development for the organization’s priority issues. Prior to this, he was Team Leader for International Climate Policy for more than five years, focusing on climate financing, UN climate negotiations and G7/G20. He holds a Master in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a diploma in Political Science from FU Berlin.
