Katja Naie

Katja Naie is Managing Director at the Schering Stiftung, Berlin. After studying biology and completing her PhD in neuroscience, she worked as a researcher at ETH Zurich. In 2007, she moved to the Hertie Foundation, where she initiated and directed the information portal www.dasGehirn.info. Since 2015, she has been responsible for the scientific funding activities of the Foundation. Under her directorship, the exhibition projects have been closely linked to the sciences. Building bridges between science, art, and society is her personal passion, and she strives to achieve this goal in her daily work at the Schering Stiftung.
