With a background in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Eric joined Huawei in 2007. During his twelve years of working for the company, he also spent four years at Huawei’s Research Institute in the US. Since 2014, Eric has been playing a core role in sourcing and accessing global corporate investment opportunities. In this role, his responsibilities include designing cooperation frameworks with invested start-ups, both from a strategic and technical perspective. He has extensive experience with Huawei investment & acquisition cases in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe (including Israel).
Today, Eric leads a cross-department team planning and carrying out joint incubation programmes with top universities and supporting group-level investments from Huawei’s 2012 Laboratories as well as the Institute of Strategic Research.
