Emmanuel Awosu is currently pursuing his PhD in Japan. He is a driven scholar who obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Pure & Industrial Chemistry, after which he obtained his Master’s degree in Petroleum Chemistry/Petrochemicals. He then went on to receive three years of industrial experience at Dangote Fertilizer Limited, Africa’s largest fertilizer complex. He proceeded to win the fully funded Japanese Ministry of Education and Tourism’s (MEXT) government scholarship for his doctoral work at Tohoku University. There, he is currently conducting research in applied chemistry at the renowned Yoshioka laboratory.
