Dian Anggraini is a reproductive medicine scientist. She finished her education in Clinical midwifery and mastered in reproductive medicine in Indonesia. She was a clinical midwife and midwifery lecturer in Indonesia for five years. In February 2019, she joined the Graduate Program in the School of Medicine, Western Sydney University. Now she is doing her project about “The role of protein aggregation in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia”. By using her experience in the field as a clinician, she is now trying to find the biomarker for preeclampsia, one of the disorders in pregnancy that has killed so many mothers and babies, by using biomedical and clinical science approaches.  Her dream is to develop the tools for the detection of preeclampsia.
