Constance Badalì

Constance Badalì is a neuromechanist and works as a research associate at the Institute of Movement and Neuroscience at the German Sport University Cologne. Since August 2022, she has been supervising the "SpaceBike" project, funded by the German Aerospace Centre, as part of her PhD, which is deepening the knowledge of the relationship between mechanical components of muscle physiology and their neuromuscular control under microgravity. Constance started her scientific career as a physiotherapist at the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen and subsequently extended her expertise with a Master's degree with a focus on biomechanics at the German Sport University Cologne. The combination of biomechanics and neuroscience in a space related context represents her research focus.“
