Andreas Krause is a researcher, educator and innovator in artificial intelligence and machine learning. As Full Professor of Computer Science at ETH Zurich, his Learning and Adaptive Systems group pursues award-winning research on principles underpinning reliable data-driven decision making under uncertainty, in theory and interdisciplinary applications. He furthermore serves as Max Planck Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, as academic co-director of the Swiss Data Science Center, as founding Chairman of the ETH AI Center, and co-founded the ETH spinoff LatticeFlow on robust and trustworthy AI.
