Alejandra Ruiz Leon

Alejandra Ruiz Leon is passionate about the stories behind scientific knowledge, in order to learn and to communicate them. Alejandra did a Master in Science Communication and a Master in History of Science in Barcelona. She started the science outreach program Piura con Ciencia in the north of Peru, where more than 5000 students joined. She is currently perusing her Ph.D. in History of Science at Georgia Tech and directing Mitocondria CC a science communication company with a strong online presence.
