At Aivy we transform aptitude diagnostics into entertaining minigames to level up people decisions. Game-based assessments provide HR managers with reliable and science-based data beyond the CV. They have been developed along the DIN 33430 and comply with the DSGVO. We continuously monitor the minigames to maintain our high data quality and candidate experience. To make HR processes more efficient, we develop a data-driven qualification profile for each vacancy in a company. Based on this, we compile an individual test battery to assess candidates holistically and match them with the best fitting perspective. The results are presented to the HR manager in a concise and easily understandable data sheet. Importantly, Aivy measures KPIs such as satisfaction on both sides also after the hiring decision has been made to keep optimizing the upstream process, and thus the entire personnel selection process, sustainably through our self-learning algorithm.
