Matthias Graf von Kielmansegg is Managing Director of Vodafone Foundation Germany. Foundation activities focus on improving schools and fostering 21st century skills. Former Director General for Innovation Strategies and Digital Change in the Federal Ministry of Education and Research; Head of Policy Planning Staff in the Federal Chancellery. Studied law and history at the universities of Freiburg, Bonn and Göttingen.
