William Colglazier

Elmer William Colglazier is a physicist and science policy expert with extensive experience in science diplomacy. He served as the Science and Technology Adviser to the U.S. Secretary of State and has held leadership roles at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and the U.S. National Academy of Sciences. He is also a Board Member of the American Friends of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. His work focuses on international science cooperation, science diplomacy, and the role of science in global policy.
