Thierry Coulhon is a mathematician with an agrégé and a habilitation in mathematics. He has held numerous academic and leadership roles, including President of University of Cergy-Pontoise (2004-2008), Director of the Mathematical Sciences Institute at ANU, President of Paris Sciences et Lettres and Education Advisor to President Macron. Since November 2020, he has been President of Hcéres and was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of IP Paris in July 2024.
