Tanya Shreedhar

Dr. Tanya Shreedhar is a postdoctoral researcher at TU Delft, specializing in next-generation transport protocols and wireless systems. She has held positions at the University of Edinburgh, Technical University of Munich, and IIIT-Delhi. Her work has been recognized through grants from agencies like Microsoft, Overseas Research Fellowship, and TCS, and she has received a University Gold medal. In addition to her research, she advocates for women in science, mentors early-career researchers, and leads workshops on the importance of openly discussing negative research results.
