Shri Praveen Roy

With over 20 years in the Department of Science and Technology, Sh. Praveen Roy has fostered innovation and entrepreneurship across India. As head of the TTI Division, he drives initiatives for startups and incubation. Through the NIDHI program, over 175 incubators and 12,000 startups were created. Since 2005, he has advanced national and global collaborations, partnering with firms like Intel and Boeing to strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem.
