She has led the way in outcome-focused innovation, working alongside front-line operators in Defence and Emergency Services to accelerate technology adoption. Karen is a Founding Principal of the Earth Fire Alliance, a global, community-led non-profit organisation aiming to deliver transformative real-time data from all wildfires on Earth.
