Gesa Miczaika

Dr. Gesa Miczaika is Vice President of the German Startups Association and a partner at Auxxo Beteiligungen, which invests in sustainable business models and founders focused on creating societal value. Auxxo emphasizes supporting female founders. Gesa also mentors entrepreneurs through programs like Techstars Accelerator and Grace. As the founder of Evangelistas, a network of over 120 female business angels in Germany, she promotes diversity in the investment industry. Previously, she worked in consulting and startups, holding degrees in business administration and a PhD in economics.
