She is also co-founder of Musa, a micro-learning solution.Musa is an Edtech solution with a microlearning methodology that is enhanced with behavioral science and a conversational experience, which is delivered using a chatbot on WhatsApp. Musa’s methodology reframes any content into microlearning, having the student’s profile at the center. This learning experience guides and provides confidence to students to start and keep learning at their own pace, wherever they are. Therefore, people can upskill and reskill regardless of their years of formal education, using just a smartphone.

Monica is co-founder of Musa, a micro-learning solution. Earlier, Monica founded Resto-Zero, a social enterprise working with small coffee farmers in Peru to increase their income through the upcycling of their byproducts. Monica is an Industrial Engineer from Lima University, who holds an specialization in Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Master degree in Environmental Sciences from Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH), Aalborg Universitet (AAU), Universidade de Aveiro (UA), Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Monica is one of the Youth Congress for Sustainable Americas founding Delegates and a Global Shaper (a WEF initiative).
