Maxim Nikitin of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology was awarded the 2nd place in the global Falling Walls Lab Finale 2016. Maxim presented biocomputing nanoparticles which can autonomously analyse data and draw different therapeutic and diagnostic conclusions from them and, using that information, individually adapt drug delivery to each patient.
