Evaporative Cooling: Breaking the Wall of Access to Fresh Food
Claudia Siesquén is a Peruvian sociologist. In the last years, she has worked as a design researcher to improve peoples’ experiences using digital and non-digital products and services. She also has experience in the private and public sector. Her work is based in the belief that technology should be at the service of people and used to create equitable and innovative experiences for humanity. Based on this belief, she and her brother Jorge Siesquén Deza founded a project to break the wall of fresh food inequality access.
