I was born and raised in Bruchsal, Germany. After studying mathematics and geography at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), I started a position as a research associate at the Institute of Meteorology and Climate Research in 2018, doing my PhD at the Faculty of Physics. My research focus is the modeling of greenhouse gases and I develop new methods to quantify the emissions and investigate their influence on changes in the atmosphere.
