Established in 2011 in collaboration with MIT, Skoltech cultivates a new generation of researchers and entrepreneurs, promotes advanced scientific knowledge and fosters innovative technology to address critical issues facing Russia and the world. In 2019, Skoltech ranked as one of the Top 100 Young universities in the world in the Nature Index.

Denis Stolyarov, Head of Student Department at Skoltech, holds an Engineering degree in Information Systems and Technology and has 10+ years of experience in the career, educational, and scientific projects development. Following a strong track record of civil and military service, Denis was awarded Medal for Achievements in the Innovation Technologies Development by Russia’s Ministry of Defense, and Medal of Honor by NDU of the Republic of China.
