Work experience is key in the transition from high school to work, but barriers to access limit the opportunity for many students. This Program provides a safe, online collaboration platform through which research agencies, government and business offer genuine scientific work experience to small groups of students. Proven to increase access for students regardless of geographic, health, COVID, or other barriers, the Program engages students in group work experience projects while advancing their collaboration skills and informing their subject and career choices.
