To provide education to our students preparing them for an ever-changing environment, Tecnológico de Monterrey decided to set up a new learning model (Tec21), aligning all its processes and components from the institutional vision to the specific learning of students. The new model seeks to prepare graduates not only professionally competitive, but also people committed to the environment and prepared to transform their lives, who are citizens capable of solving the challenges of their communities with a high sense of ethics and social commitment (professional and personal skills).The model is based on the digitization of education, as a factor to ensure flexibility in the process of teaching and learning, academic management and technology-enabled educational spaces.
