Our project is cultivating a STEM Workforce, by equipping Educators in under-represented communities with project-based learning tools, STEM resources, and refining Educator’s instructional pedagogy where students are allowed to solve ill-defined problems, make real-world connections while deepening their content knowledge and preparing them for STEM careers and future-focused options across Sub-Saharan Africa. This project also combines the first teacher-centric Learning Management System and offers an “Africa By Us, For Us” model where curriculum, courses and learning materials are designed locally by us, evaluated and organized into a meaningful, effective learning and project-based learning path for both students and Educators to freely access with little or no internet required.
